Tina Tran

Tina Tran is Senior Associate General Counsel specializing in litigation and employment matters. Ms. Tran oversees all aspects of litigation on behalf of Caltech and JPL. She manages litigation strategy, outside counsel and risk analysis. She also counsels Caltech and JPL on wide ranging labor and employment issues, including internal investigations into claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other potential violations of laws and company policies, and provides training on compliance issues.

Ms. Tran earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC). She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Prior to joining Caltech's Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Tran was a litigation and employment partner at Orrick Herrington, and Sutcliffe LLP where she specialized in counseling and litigation on all areas of complex commercial business litigation and employment law.
