Campus and JPL Acquisition and Purchasing
The Business Affairs Practice Group supports the contracting organizations at Campus and JPL on a broad range of matters. Procurement Services is responsible for purchasing, payment, property, travel and risk management services at the Caltech Campus. The JPL Acquisition Division manages the purchase of all goods and services in support of the Laboratory's tasks, projects, programs, and institutional needs under the NASA prime contract. Both organizations consult with the Business Affairs Practice Group on procurement planning and administration, as well as departmental policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, contractual and institutional policy requirements.
